01 — THE CHALLENGE
Tours, hotels, transfers and car hire in Kosovo and the region are sold by different providers, often through social media and phone calls. Traveks wanted one place where a visitor can find a tour, see the price and book it — with a direct line to a real person for anyone who would rather ask first.
02 — WHAT WE BUILT
We built Traveks on WordPress and WooCommerce: tour and hotel catalogues filtered by price and destination, detailed tour pages with itineraries and galleries, a cart, checkout and gift cards, and a booking form for private airport transfers across Kosovo and the Balkans that goes straight to the team on WhatsApp. A blog of local travel guides brings visitors in from search.
03 — THE RESULT
Traveks now runs its whole offer — from a one-day trip to the Rugova Valley to a twelve-day tour across five countries — from a single site the team manages themselves, with bookings arriving online and through WhatsApp.
